This house is a Newly built high quality construction finished to a very high standard, it comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the upstairs has a stunning open plan design with kitchen diner and lounge with a wrap around balcony and patio door, the pictures really do no justice to the house. there are two houses which are identical , one has a pool and the other is in the same village with permission to build pool and another two houses on the land. these were on sale last year for 100'000 euro's and due to the economic situation and pound euro rate are now only 62'000 euro's this was the cost of the build so no offers please.
